Summer Yoga is a free annual event during the summer holidays.
Every year Elles teaches one or two yoga class every day (Monday to Friday) from on Rodborough Common, behind the Fort (see dropped pin on this map).
The dates for 2020 will be posted here in due course.
Weather permitting of course, and sure it’s extra nice when it’s warm and sunny, but the past five years have shown that no one really minds a speck of rain and a little breeze.
So just follow your own judgement, Elles will be there come rain or shine!
We will do a set sequence (designed around the panoramic views) made up of different sections, so you can use them separately or together as a short or long practice routine at home once you know them by heart. The evening session will be slightly different from the morning session.
Everybody’s welcome, but please note it’s for adults only. The class is not suitable for children.
All you need is a (picnic) blanket or a yoga mat (if you happen to have one).
Come and enjoy the sunshine, fresh air and magnificent views, while you stretch, breathe and unwind!
(The Summer Yoga sessions are offered in the spirit of charity towards each of you as particpants. If you have the means and inclination to give something in return then you may want to make a donation to a charity of your choice on Kishori Yoga’s behalf.)
The teacher can accept no liability for personal injury related to participation in a yoga session if your doctor has advised you against such exercise or you fail to observe instructions on safety/technique, nor loss of any personal possessions on site.
