People often ask for a short sequence they could do at home.
Here’s one that would work really well for the winter holidays when we tend to sit around a lot and move very little, especially if the weather (or a dog) isn’t inviting you out for a walk. Take your time with each of the poses and use your breath to extend and release.
The second one is a sequence of restorative poses using a rolled up yoga mat, each of which you can also do individually (except the backbend, nr.11) and stay in for 5 minutes or as long as is comfortable. Enjoy!
