On Sunday 13 November there will be another Yin Yoga workshop in Stroud.
This will be the first of the Yin Yoga Workshop Series, four workshops which will each have a different emphasis.
(Due to the amount of interest there will be another Part 1 workshop on Sunday 4 December!)
Because I don’t like to talk too much during the sequence itself (so as to create a quiet space in which you can settle down and experience the poses from within), we will start with a brief introduction about the main benefits of this style of yoga on a physical, mental and energetic level, and I will go into more detail about the particular aspects we’ll be focussing on that day.
After that you will be gently guided through a 90 minute yin sequence, from which you are bound to emerge refreshed and rejuvenated.
The workshop in November will focus on the physical aspect of yin yoga, and how it can have such a positive effect on the joints, particularly of the hips and spine.
The other workshops will take place on 22 January, 19 March and 14 May 2017.
