The Wednesday Zoom yoga is a gentle and inquisitive exploration into the way we move, informed by yin yoga, somatic movement, Scaravelli yoga and bodywork.
Finding integral strength, fluid movement and stillness we learn to listen inward to connect with the body, the ground, the breath. Evolving ways to create more ease, more space, more of your being, and let go of tension, stress and worry.
The class is suitable for all abilities and you can take it at your own pace, adding more or doing less as you see fit.
Any movement done attentively and mindfully can be classified as yoga, there is absolutely no need to tie yourself into knots. As long as it feels good and you get to stretch and create space in those forgotten joints and muscles to relieve old aches and pains, then you’re on the right track.
It is that same attention to detail, with kindness and curiosity, that helps to calm the mind. Each session is an opportunity to refresh and reset the balance.
